TSM (Sodium bicarbonate) Air Classifying Mill

WORKING PRINCIPLE

 

The raw material of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is uniformly sent to the grinder through the quantitative feeder in the lower part of the silo for ultra-fine grinding, and the product with particle size (D90: 20μm or the product size can be flexibly adjusted according to the need of deacidification) is transported by the high-pressure fan. Go to the flue gas pipe and spray it into the flue gas, and quickly produce a chemical reaction with the acid-containing flue gas. At high temperature, sodium bicarbonate decomposes into sodium carbonate Na₂CO₃, H₂O and CO₂. The newly formed sodium carbonate Na₂CO₃ has high reaction activity at the moment of formation, and can efficiently react with the acidic substances in the flue gas.

NaHCO₃ + HCl → NaCl + H₂O + CO₂
2NaHCO₃ + SO₂ + ½ O₂ → Na₂SO₄ + H₂O + 2CO₂
NaHCO₃ + HF → NaF + H₂O + CO₂

Impact mill
